Excellent location. hard to find if travelling by car but that’s the price of being in the centre. Walkable to most sights. Arrival by car info is sent but it’s very confusing to find. It’s not hotel’s fault. Streets are not easy to navigate in centre of town. Slightly high price. Didn’t include breakfast. Rooms are very modern, clean, functional. Windows are sound proof so street below doesn’t bother. Phone in the room isn’t connected so unable to contact reception from room. Bathroom: good size, modern, clean with shampoo, shower cap, comb. TV : big in the room but didn’t try channels. Reception: modern check in and very business like. Only cards are accepted. There is no traditional front desk. Would have appreciated some tourist info such as city map, location of hotel etc. Reception lady was very professional and polite. RESTAURANT: didn’t try but offers breakfast at various prices. Parking: none but lady offered some ideas. We found some free white spots 20 walk minutes away in PASSEO DE LA PALMAS. Will definitely recommend and return.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. I was very happy with my first experience so it was a good decision to come back. We booked a double room and we were very happy with the stay. The double room had a double bed, bathroom (including a toilet with a built in bidet!), plenty of storage, mini fridge, air conditioning, safe, tv, desk and chair. The room was quiet, even if it was located by the elevator/overlooking the patio area. The room was comfortable and so was the bed and pillows. Only thing not available in this room was tea/coffee making facility but we didn't really need it anyway. Lovely staff and easy to check in. Good wifi in the rooms too and the cleanliness was also satisfactory. Overall, we were very pleased to have another stay at this hotel and would recommend it for the good value, central location to many restaurants, access to transportation and sightseeing.

The location is great, it is in the center of the city, but on a quiet street with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It was very quiet because the room overlooked the courtyard; during my stay there was no noise from other rooms or guests. The major sites in the city can be reached on foot. You can walk to Alhambra, but it takes about 35-40 minutes. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel to go to other attractions if you don't like walking, and there is a regular bus service to reach the bus station. I stayed alone in a double room, it was large and the bed was comfortable. Nights in Granada were cold, but the room was warm, the heating system could be turned off if it got too warm. The bathroom was spacious, the shower worked well, there was plenty of hot water and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo were provided. Internet connection was stable and fast.

Period of the stay: 22-25.3 Room: 361 Hotel located in the southern part of the city center, 500m only (5-10 mins) from the Cathedral of Granada, in a street with several tapas bars and restaurants but not really busy (at least it was not during my stay in March, which is basically low season in the city). The hotel has self-check in and doesn't have a 24/7 reception, but there's always a person from 9 to 20 to attend the guests. In my case, the receptionist helped me with checking-in and the payment as soon as I arrived. Due to my stay during the low season, the whole hotel was pretty much quiet and the area around my room had probably 3-4 rooms occupied, and none of them very close to mine. My room and bathroom were both spacious, big and comfortable bed and lack of noises from the inside and outside of the hotel: overall, I've had a positive experience.

The location was very good. Very close to the center and plenty of restaurants in the area. Initially, when I saw that my room is facing the street with the restaurants, I thought that it would be noisy and I would not be able to sleep properly due to the noise, but there was absolutely no issue. The place was quiet and I slept very well. The staff was very very pleasant and the checkin/checkout process was very fast. For the breakfast, they prepared a picnic option, as I left very early on both mornings I stayed there. Tasty and good! :) The hotel is rather new, and everything is clean. They even have a meditation/quiet room. I definitely had a great experience here and I would totally recommend this hotel.
